How long will my order take?

All items are individually made to order. Production typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on the product. Delivery times are separate to production times and may vary depending on the items ordered, location and carrier. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.   

You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

Do you accept returns?

Yes - you can return items within 14 days of receiving them.

As all of our products are made to order, we encourage you to carefully review product details before purchasing. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will of course provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us at support@snarkyhearts.store within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll sort it out for you. 

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, get in touch and we’ll investigate and help resolve it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As orders go into production quickly, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed.

If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.

Where are your products made?

We work with a trusted fulfilment partner with production facilities in the UK and US, allowing us to ship efficiently to both regions.

Are your products good for gifts?

Yes—everything we create is designed to be simple, relatable, and easy to gift (even for the people who are hard to buy for).
