Delivery
All Snarky Hearts products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner. This allows us to reduce waste and ensure every item meets our quality standards.
Processing Times
Each design is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the product. Some items may take slightly longer during busy periods.

Estimated Delivery Times
Post production, delivery times vary depending on the items ordered. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available. Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.
We work with carefully selected production partners to ensure the best possible quality for each product. As a result, some items may be produced in different locations depending on their speciality. This can lead to slightly different production and delivery times and items in the same order may arrive separately.
Multiple Items and Deliveries
If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced and delivered separately. This means:
- You may receive more than one package
- Items may arrive at different times
You'll receive tracking information for each delivery.
Delivery Costs
Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.99 per order, regardless of how many items you purchase.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (such as postal disruptions). If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@snarkyhearts.store and we'll help resolve it.
As all items are made to order, processing times are separate from shipping times.
